Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome is the leading cause of infertility.  You need to know if you have been diagnosed with PCOS there is hope!  We have helped lots of women with PCOS balance out their hormones and have children.  Even if you don’t have PCOS but know you need help balancing out your hormones listen to this podcast. Every single aspect of life plays an important role in a woman’s reproductive system. The amount of sleep she gets, what she eats, how well she handles her stress and more.  That’s why the more specific we can make the lifestyle changes the better.  To get specific treatment protocols I love using muscle testing with my patients.  While it might seem complicated, the best options for moving forward if you can’t get muscle tested are to focus on eating a balanced diet, maintaining an appropriate body weight and eliminating as much physical and psychological stress as possible.
