It is so important for health to detox. Healing Arts has a  podcast on heavy metals detox, heavy chemical detox, and even how to support the liver to detox.  Dr. Armitstead truly believes that health can be achieved if people give their body the right nutritional support and lifestyle changes to get rid of toxins.  Yet, the number one thing that gets in the way of the body to heal itself given the right nutrition and support is stress.  Over the years Dr. Armitstead has learned that helping patients with their stress, anxiety or depression is so important so in this podcast she explains what you can do to help your anxiety and depression by bringing your awareness to your daily choices and stressful thoughts and how stuck emotions cause us to self sabotage and go into addictions.  To help with stress surrendering is important and Dr. Armitstead shares how to do that; give life 100% and yet surrender at the same time is important for a happy life.
